"I happen to really like the sandwiches at Baoguette, despite their prices. The best value I think is still their catfish sandwich because I don't really see that as an option for banh mi's down in Chinatown."
"the classic banh mi, filled with pâté, pork terrine, pickled daikon and carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro. It has a good amount of meat filling that it’s intensely porky and it adds enough salt to the sandwich. The pickled vegetables makes it sweet, tangy and crunchy."
