Sunday drink

Sometimes what you need is a good drink, and by sometimes I mean for breakfast on Monday mornings. Just kidding! Sorry about being late with the haiku yesterday, but it was just one of those days. There were some notable entries on the fridge when I checked it out late Sunday, but decided to make a new one and save those for next time when I am REALLY lazy. Seriously though, can you get any lazier than doing a Sunday post on a Monday? Probably not. This past weekend I also ate a cookie. Mmm... chocolate cookie.

This past Saturday I found myself at the farmers market by Prospect Park. My stomach was a bit perplexed at my brain because my brain did not make the decision to eat a real breakfast before trekking to the botanical gardens. To make a short story short, there was a Bread Alone stand, and they had cookies!

Each cookie was $1.50 which was alright and they were tasty. The chewiness factor was just above acceptable but the cookie was not crunchy in any parts. It was soft. It is difficult to describe a 'soft' cookie and say it was yummy, but it was yummy and chocolatey. Anyway, lots to do, so little time, and my head is... wah!
