Food in Mouth

Coffee please

The thing about not drinking coffee and being tired, and then making magnetic poetry on the fridge is that you forget to count. Or maybe that just happens to me. Today I made a 4-7-5 haiku, got excited, took the pictures, went to upload the pictures, then realized, "Old people poo. I need one more word." That is just how it goes. Maybe one of these days I will start drinking coffee, but it always makes my heart go insane and that is not really conducive for work. Since it is spring, I will end this post with a picture of flowers and a picture of a dog because food in mouth is the most awesome and irrelevant picture blog on Sundays.

spring scratch my ears

This morning I went out and ran about two miles, and then my lungs screamed at me and asked me to stop. How do you all eat everything and stay in shape? Because my doctor was all like, "Yo, quit gaining weight." And that is fine and dandy but my doctor probably does not eat cupcakes for lunch. Is running the ticket? It is just so so so boring! How do you do it?! Ok, time to go find another cupcake...

  • I had four cups of coffee yesterday and freaked out over having four cups. Even worse was that I fell sound asleep after rationalizing my intake. My caffeine tolerance is not okay. It really is not okay!

You should have skipped out on your run for cupcakes at SSS. We could have unknowingly breathed the same sweets-infused air this morning.

  • Honestly, I'm just glad that I live in a city, don't own a car, and hate waiting for public transportation because it forces me to walk or bike pretty much everywhere I want to go and I think that is really what has kept me in shape these past three years, regardless of my shameless indulgences when it comes to food.

I'm getting worried though because I'm moving back to the suburbs soon which means less exercise, but probably the same amount of food intake... oh well, I'll worry about it when the time comes.

  • Is cupcake that good or are you just joking? You are what you eat.. Take care of yourself!

  • Being a cupcake isn't such a bad thing.

  • Jennifer,
Haha, four cups and you still fell asleep? You must have a really high tolerance for it. And I keep meaning to go back to SSS, there are just too many things to eat!

    Marine,
Yea, like you, I am also thankful that New York requires a ton of walking, otherwise the situation would be worse! Good luck with the move!

    Dad,
    It is THAT good.

    Jonathan,
You are right, it is pretty nice.

  • supposedly dunkin donuts giving away free donut with purchase of coffee in honor of tax day. not sure if it's true or not.
