Chili with Topps ground meat

Going by Lil' Wayne's advice to try and die young, last week I made chili from some Topps ground meat and crack. Mmmmm, delicious. (Mom, I'm just kidding, I actually used turkey). It was a glorious experience because there really wasn't a recipe involved, and it ended up not being super edible. Still, all of it was consumed because in my universe, if money was spent on it, it will go into my mouth.

"Live fast, die young, leave a nice corpse."

I used one green pepper, one yellow pepper, 20 oz of ground turkey, 28 oz can of tomatoes, and 30 oz can of beans. Then I added everything in the spices rack, and maybe that was the downfall of the meal, but whatever, cheap lunch for all of last week. Need to save money if I want to eat like a glutton on the weekends.

  • Wait a minute... was that my bowl of fruit pictured? As good as that tomato looked, it was rotten on the other side!
  • Yes, I cheated because the yellow bell pepper I used didn't turn out so well in pictures, so the next day your bell pepper was photographed. People don't have to know...
